Can you steam-clean every upholstery fabric?
No. The care instructions, dyes, backing and condition determine whether steam cleaning is suitable. We do not offer solvent-only dry cleaning. Share any care-label restrictions when requesting your quote. Read more about upholstery fabric suitability.
Can you guarantee that stains and pet odours will disappear?
We do our best, but complete removal cannot be guaranteed. Results depend on the source and age of the stain, previous treatments and how deeply contamination has reached the cushions or padding. Pet odours may return if the source remains inside. Our stain and odour guide explains these limits.
When can I sit on my sofa again?
Wait until the fabric and cushions are fully dry. Drying varies with the material, cushion thickness, room conditions and airflow, so there is no single time that fits every item. Keep the furniture uncovered and follow the technician’s aftercare advice. See our upholstery drying guide.
What should I prepare before the appointment?
Remove blankets, toys and personal belongings, and clear a route to the furniture. Point out loose seams, existing damage and previous spot treatments. We do not move heavy furniture; let us know in advance if access is restricted.
What about children, pets or product sensitivities?
Tell us about any sensitivities before booking so we can discuss product suitability. We select cleaning solutions for the material and use them as directed. Keep children and pets away from the work area and freshly cleaned upholstery until it is fully dry.
