AD Spotless Cleaning Service Ltd. provides practical cleaning information to help you plan a service. Advice on this website does not replace an assessment of the specific material, condition and contamination.
Carpet-Cleaning Process
Our carpet-cleaning process follows five steps: dry vacuuming, pre-treatment, scrubbing/agitation, deep steam cleaning, and extraction. Products and methods are selected for the material and its condition.
Stains, Pet Contamination and Odours
Cleaning can improve soil, stains and odours, but complete removal is not guaranteed. Dye loss, permanent discolouration and material damage cannot be reversed by cleaning. Pet contamination may reach carpet backing or underlay, or upholstery foam and padding, where surface cleaning cannot fully reach the source. Any enzyme treatment must be agreed as part of the quote; persistent deeper contamination may need assessment by an appropriate specialist.
Fabric and Surface Suitability
Cleaning methods must suit the material. Manufacturer instructions, dye stability, previous treatments, wear and moisture sensitivity affect what can safely be attempted. Tell us about these factors before your appointment.
Drying and Aftercare
Carpets often need approximately 8–12 hours to dry, but airflow, temperature, humidity, material and cleaning requirements can make drying faster or slower. Upholstery drying varies with fabric and padding. Follow the aftercare guidance provided and allow materials to dry before normal use.
Quotes and Booking
Confirm the agreed scope and platform-specific quote before booking. The website requires a 20% booking deposit. See our booking terms.
