These booking terms apply to cleaning services arranged with AD Spotless Cleaning Service Ltd. in Calgary and surrounding communities. Please confirm your service scope and any questions before booking.
Service Scope
We offer carpet, upholstery, house and commercial cleaning services. The rooms, items, tasks, access arrangements and any additional treatments must be agreed for your booking. Availability and material suitability should be confirmed in advance.
Quotes, Deposit and Payment
A 20% booking deposit on the total including GST is required to secure your online booking. The remaining balance is paid after the service. The website booking form applies a $180 minimum before GST. Review the selected services, quantities and total before payment. Prices and offers can differ by booking platform; the quote and terms agreed for your booking apply. Any additional work or treatment must be agreed with you.
Changing a Booking
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, or have a question about your deposit or a refund. Confirm the applicable cancellation and refund terms with us before payment.
Access and Preparation
Provide accurate contact and access information. Tell us about parking, stairs, building restrictions, fragile items, stains, pet accidents and any products already used. Clear the agreed work areas and arrange a safe space for pets.
Cleaning Results and Concerns
Cleaning can improve soil, stains and odours, but complete removal is not guaranteed. Dye loss, permanent discolouration and material damage cannot be reversed by cleaning. Pet contamination may reach carpet backing or underlay, or upholstery foam and padding, where surface cleaning cannot fully reach the source. Any enzyme treatment must be agreed as part of the quote; persistent deeper contamination may need assessment by an appropriate specialist.
Please report any cleaning concern within 72 hours so we can review it with you. Our cleaning commitment does not guarantee reversal of permanent damage or complete stain or odour removal.
