Choose the Areas and Quantities You Need
The website lists individual carpet areas such as bedrooms, living rooms, offices and hallways. A room price is a unit price, so selecting several rooms changes the total. Check the quantity beside every selected item. Stairs, area rugs, upholstery and house-cleaning selections have their own options; choose only the items you want included.
If an area does not fit a listed size, or your layout is unusual, request a quote before booking. A photograph and a description of access can help us understand the request, but the material and condition may still need assessment.
The Website Minimum and GST
The website booking form applies a $180 minimum before GST. If your selected items are below that amount, the order summary shows a minimum-charge adjustment. A room advertised from $55 does not mean a complete visit costs $55. Review the order summary and ask about any part of the quote you do not understand.

What the Carpet Process Involves
Our established process is dry vacuuming, pre-treatment, scrubbing/agitation, deep steam cleaning, and extraction. The material, condition and contamination affect which products and treatment approach are appropriate.
Optional Enzyme Treatment Has Limits
The website offers an optional premium enzyme bundle. Select it only when it forms part of the service you want quoted; it is not automatically included at no charge. Tell us about pet accidents, recurring odours, stains and any products previously applied.
Complete stain or odour removal is not guaranteed. Pet urine can affect carpet dye and penetrate backing or underlay. Deeper contamination may require assessment by an appropriate specialist, and cleaning cannot reverse permanent dye damage.
The Required Booking Deposit
A 20% deposit on the total including GST is required to secure an online booking. The remaining balance is paid after the service. Review the deposit shown before completing payment and contact us beforehand with questions about cancellation, rescheduling or refund terms.
